QUESTIONNAIRE

1. Is your character willing to have sex and able to give informed consent?

Yes. Miyako is twenty years old and I headcanon her as very sexually liberated, so she is both willing to give informed consent and willing to have sex.


2. What is the wish your character made? Why did they make it?

Miyako's wish was for the future safety of the Chosen Children around the world in her home universe. At her canon point, there are a great deal many Chosen Children, with more appearing every year, with them steadily becoming an increasing percentage of the population. Miyako is the holder of the Digimental of Love, and thus, she shares the Crest Holder's caring nature and desire to protect the other Chosen Children, who she sees as like a larger extended family. Furthermore, we know from both movies set in the Chosen's adult years that she is the one who is most active internationally, so Miyako would naturally be sensitive to the concerns and plight of the Chosen Children around the world by this point, and see something like what Decadia is asking of her as something of a small price to pay to ensure their future security.

Furthermore, we know from later canon materials such as Digimon Adventure Beyond, which includes some materials set before Last Evolution Kizuna and The Beginning, that there are certain forces, like various military groups (as per the producer's comments), so she knows there are groups actively targeting Chosen Children. In the past, Miyako would have likely made a more selfish, self-aggrandizing wish in her youth, but with her character development and all of this in mind, she would sooner wish for something to keep all the Chosen Children safe from what's threatening them.


3. How will your character initially react to Decadia's setting?

No amount of sexual liberation or forward thinking will be enough for Miyako not to be at least a little put off by Decadia's setting. To her, that's still ideally something you do behind closed doors. Sexual material being so in your face and front and center will be something of a surprise to her and something she'll have to get used to. That's not to say she'll dislike it, it's more that she'll take some getting used to it. In my IC character samples, she's already shown a willingness to be swept along into it provided the prompting or push is right, even willing to be semi-public about it, but at the same time, there's also some nervousness and she needed some pushing and prodding to get there. That said, she's not so repressed that she won't get used to it quickly, and her experiences already will be something of a push towards getting more into Decadia's overall groove.

That said, one thing they will never get used to, or be comfortable with, is the fact that everything they're doing is for an audience. Miyako is self conscious about this aspect, admittedly, but when caught in the heat of the moment will be able to forget it, but when she does remember it's a thing, she will be essentially creeped out. However, she does consider it a small price to pay to earn her wish.


4. What are you most interested in doing with your character in Decadia?

I want to explore the aspect of my character being freer with their sex-life while also coming to realize they're essentially being ogled by an audience. I also see it as an opportunity to build unique CR with unique relationships, and explore how sex may or may not play into how these characters interact with one another. I also just enjoy the idea of playing in unique events that will affect my character differently each time, and being able to explore how it affects my character mentally and emotionally each time. Furthermore, this being a sex game, and just wanting to get my character laid in the process of playing here, is a rather basic goal but one I have nonetheless due to this being a sex game.


5. What aspect of sex appeals to your character the most?

Miyako believes in making connections with people, and having sex is just that: another way of making connections with people. It's a more intimate way of doing so, admittedly, but she's eager to reach out to people and forge bonds with them regardless. If a bond can be made without getting busy, that's great, but if someone wants to go that route, then why not have some fun together? It's a chance to really get to know a person on a level that you cannot simply with words, and if it's someone you truly care about, it allows you to express your love and caring for them. Her connection to the virtue of Love definitely plays a part, even if romantic Love isn't always the case with every partner she has.

Furthermore, there's also something selfish and self-indulgent about pursuing physical relationships with other people, and Miyako has gotten more assertive in seeking out her desires since she was a child. Part of this was being a member of such a large family who didn't always get what she wanted, which made her feel that, as an adult, she should simply pursue what she desired freely without worrying about doubts or inhibitions. This goes beyond her relationships, as seen when in her brazenly using her D-3 to travel throughout the world during both movies set in the Chosens' adult years. Simply put, if Miyako sees something or someone she wants, she's more likely to just pursue those things than sit back and wonder about what could be.


6. What kinks does your character have, known or unknown to them? Why do they have those particular kinks?

Miyako may be sexually freer than the average person, but ICly, she has limited knowledge of most kinks, so this will deal primarily with the hypothetical. One of them she doesn't know she had, or at least, she was awakened to on the test drive, is monsterfucking, or having sex with non-humans. Part of this is due to being surrounded by attractive non-human creatures since she was a child, so this was honestly something that's been building for her for a number of years. Note that said non-humans would still have to be humanoid for her to consider them attractive. That's her primary limit as far as this sort of thing goes.

Another kink Miyako will awaken to is role-reversal. In most sexual encounters, Miyako likes to take the lead due to her assertiveness, but she will also discover that she likes to be in situations where the opposite is true, especially if it's from someone who doesn't usually assert themselves. This goes back to her childhood complex of wanting things but not always getting them due to the size of her family—in short, someone taking the lead with her makes her feel wanted, desired, and personally catered to. This could graduate to her liking to be outright dominated, provided the circumstances and partner are both someone she would feel safe with.

Other miscellaneous kinks that fit Miyako are her liking to having sex while dressed in fine clothes, as they make her feel special, and her potentially enjoying the risk of public sex, as it stands to stimulate her adventurous nature and desire to gather memorable experiences. Aside from that, Miyako is also a romantic at heart, so despite her being all for "free love", forging a romantic bond with a partner is both fulfilling on a personal level and sexually stimulating for her, though it has the potential of limiting her list of potential partners, provided how said partner feels about it (though, it's unlikely to be as big a deal in a game like Decadia).
